How it works
On receipt of your order and payment details have been confirmed either by PayPal/AfterPay/Direct
deposit, Sand People Traders will dispatch your order within 2 business days.
On dispatch Sand People Traders will forward via email/sms tracking information detailing the con
note and courier service utilised for your order.
Click & Collect order may opt to make payment on order pick up. Pick up can be made within 2
days of order placement.
Shipping
Sand People Traders provides free freight for all orders Australia wide.Fast & Free for all orders,
no minimum spend is required.
Sand People Traders also offer In Store Click & Collect free from our Central Coast, NSW base.
Sand People Traders uses a number of different courier services. We will utilise the best option for
your particular order which will be dispatched from Erina NSW by either Australia Post, Aramex,
Couriers Please & TNT.All our courier's provide bar codes for easy tracking
Claims & Returns Policy
Damages or Missing Items
All claims for damaged stock or stock shortages must be notified in writing within 5 working days
of receipt of order delivery to our email sandpeoplesales@gmail.com. Please note, all our products
are hand crafted, sizes and colours may vary slightly.For claims on damaged product we require
photo's to be emailed.
Once the claim is assessed, we will notify you, subject to our decision, that a replacement item will
be shipped to you or a refund will be processed. We reserve the right to request for the item being
claimed to be destroyed and photo be sent in lieu of having the product returned.
Claims for missing items must be made by email to sandpeoplesales@gmail.com within 48 hours of
receipt of order
Change of Mind
If you do not like your order on receipt, you may return the product within 5 working days of
receipt.
Our postal address for all returns is PO Box 3276, Wamberal, NSW 2260. Please note, for all
change of mind returns postage/shipping costs will be at the buyers expense
